We don't have the option to do this. As a result both screens are shared at the same time and the people can't really see what we want to share as it's too small with both screen shared. The problem is that as the Remote Desktop client is set to use both screens, when they need to share content, both screen are shared and they can't choose to share only one.

After setting up a policy, the user still can't choose which screen to share in Teams on the WVD. Is there a solution for this yet? I have end user's that are having this exact issue. I don't think setting the policy in Teams management portal will make a difference. Content sharing just controls permissions from what it looks like. And the Display configuration basically tells the RDP client software where to throw the display. Nevertheless, they might work on this in a future release of the product.

I use Citrix to access the VDS and my company has switched over to Teams as our internal chat and meetings client, but I cannot hold meetings where I am required to present what is on my screen.

I've been through a number of steps with my local support to try and fix this, including them issuing me a brand new VDS, but upon upgrading to Office , my Teams share screen option was once again rendered useless.

One suggestion I can offer is for you to go to our new Feedback Portal and see if anyone else has suggested this feature. If they have, you can vote on it and keep track of the progress. If not, you can create one for others with the same request to vote on.
